1. Introduction
This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions pertaining to the listing of services by contractors on Findacontractor.us. By purchasing a listing service, contractors agree to adhere to this policy.
2. Service Delivery
a. Once payment is received in full, the contractor’s listing will be made live on the website within 24-48 hours.
b. The listing will remain live for the period specified in the chosen package or until otherwise terminated in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
3. Listing Fees
a. The fees for listing services on wordpress-766395-2837141.cloudwaysapps.com are non-refundable except in circumstances outlined in section 4.
b. The duration, features, and price of each listing package are specified on our pricing page. It is the contractor’s responsibility to select the package that best suits their needs.
4. Refunds
a. Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:
- If there is a technical issue preventing the publication of the listing, and the issue is not resolved within 7 business days.
- If Findacontractor.us determines, at its sole discretion, that the contractor’s listing violates our Terms and Conditions, and decides not to publish it.
b. In cases eligible for refunds, the full amount will be refunded to the contractor within 14 business days.
5. Listing Changes and Renewals
a. Contractors can request changes to their listing details once per month free of charge. Any additional changes within the same month may incur additional fees.
b. Contractors will be notified 30 days before the expiration of their listing package. They may choose to renew, upgrade, or allow the listing to expire.
6. Service Guarantee
a. While we guarantee the listing will be live for the duration specified, Findacontractor.us does not guarantee any specific volume of leads, jobs, or revenue as a result of the listing.
7. Termination
a. Findacontractor.us reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our Terms and Conditions without notice. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
b. Contractors can request to terminate their listing before the expiration date. No refunds will be provided for early termination.
